Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function within a fast-growing manufacturing business. You will own maintenance programs, drive CAPEX projects with engineering, and supervise a multidisciplinary maintenance team.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $135,000–$145,000 with a 15% annual bonus, relocation package, and a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance leadership experience in food/beverage.
• Experience leading maintenance teams across functions.
• Degree in Maintenance or Engineering required.

Are you a looking for a strategic Maintenance Manager position working for a fast growing, market leading manufacturing business investing in the latest technology, launching new production lines?

In this position you be instrumental in executing key maintenance projects, working cross functionally with senior leadership and engineering teams. This hands on role will see you create and manage maintenance programs, work closely with OEM’s to ensure equipment safety and efficiency, oversee parts, report on CAPEX projects and take control of financial budgets.
