Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking to lead operations in an innovative, high-tech industrial facility? We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize maintenance processes at our state-of-the-art facility in Union County, New Jersey. (Relocation expense not offered.)

As a key member of our team, you’ll work directly with the Plant Manager, leading maintenance strategies, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead maintenance personnel in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all facility systems
• Oversee maintenance staff and contractors to ensure compliance with policies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, respond to emergencies, and implement performance improvements.
• Manage inventory, tools, and maintenance materials for efficient operations.
• Enhance plant availability and reliability through strategic planning and audits.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and training programs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Experience
• 10+ years of experience in facility maintenance
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance team
• Strong expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, commissioning, and plant optimization
• Experience with vendor equipment evaluation, inventory control, and computerized maintenance systems
• Experience with a 24/5 operation
