Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily maintenance and operation of manufacturing, warehouse, and office facilities
• Manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, lighting, roofing, and fire protection
• Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs and schedules
• Supervise maintenance, custodial, and facility maintenance personnel
• Coordinate and manage outside contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety programs, and emergency preparedness procedures
• Manage maintenance inventories, tools, supplies, and facility budgets
• Lead facility improvement projects and coordinate with production leadership to support operational goals
• Troubleshoot facility-related issues and implement effective solutions
