Qualifications

• Proven experience leading maintenance in manufacturing or foundry settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Safe use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.

Work Hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Buck Company LLC is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team in Quarryville, PA! In this role, you will lead our maintenance team and ensure the reliability and safety of our equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, a deep understanding of foundry operations, and proven leadership skills.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage proactive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Supervise, train, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians.
