Qualifications

• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and team performance.

Work Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of production employees to ensure efficient operations, high-quality output, and a safe work environment. • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Knowledge of foundry operations and equipment is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, work instructions, and technical documents
• Experience using basic shop equipment and power tools
