We are looking for a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. In this critical role, you will ensure the safe upkeep, repair, and replacement of plant assets while driving continuous improvements in operational efficiency and production quality. Given that machine uptime is essential to our success, your hands-on expertise and leadership will be key. • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
