Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of facility maintenance, equipment reliability, and utility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production operations. This role oversees a skilled team with 4 Supervisors, and 30 hourly techs. Accountable for managing preventive and corrective maintenance, capital projects, regulatory compliance, and departmental budgeting. The Maintenance Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting production objectives, safety programs, and long-term operational efficiency. In the absence of the Plant Manager, this role may assume management responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Bachelors degree is preferred, Technical certification or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or Maintenance Manager level experience with no degree will be considered
• Minimum 7 years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Must have food or beverage manufacturing experience
• Must have a servant leadership style with a coaching and mentoring approach
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ideally has exposure to Lean, TPM or similar CI Programs
