Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance service delivery.
• Responsible for the creation, implementation, and measurement of Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance programs.
• Responsible for creating the Site Field Manual for Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance.
• Responsible for the Vendor Performance Management program creation, implementation, and measurement.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of managerial-level work experience & people management in Manufacturing Facility and/or Commercial Facility.
• At least 10 years of direct work experience in Engineering, Site Operations, and Asset Maintenance & management in Manufacturing facilities and/or large commercial portfolios.
• PME or PEE certification only.
• Residing near TANAUAN Batangas or at least 1 hour travel from FPIP Client site.
• High financial comprehension in Facility OPEX/CAPEX programs, Billing & Collection.
• Highly technical, knowledgeable in Maintenance Engineering, Asset Maintenance & Management Framework.
• Knowledgeable in minor & major Equipment maintenance planning, execution, and project management.
• Knowledgeable in Energy Management Systems.
• Knowledgeable in Environment compliance and Occupational Health & Safety programs.
• Knowledgeable in Local Regulatory Compliance, Permits & Licenses (MEPF & EHS).
