Job summary

C4 Industrial Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing setting. You will oversee supervisors and technicians, drive preventive and predictive maintenance, and guide continuous improvement initiatives to raise equipment reliability and uptime.

You will manage budgets, inventories, and safety compliance while collaborating with production to optimize performance and implement change across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success improving equipment reliability, maintenance KPIs, and overall plant performance.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, ControlLogix, HMI systems, and CMMS software preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S preferred.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, inventory, and preventive maintenance programs.
