Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead repair and maintenance of our manufacturing facilities and equipment. You will plan and prioritize work orders, oversee maintenance teams, and ensure minimal downtime while maintaining safety standards.
The role requires 5–7 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, 3+ years of leadership, and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with CMMS experience.

Manages repair and maintenance of manufacturing facilities and equipment including: Installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electronic equipment, tools, and instruments. Installing, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing facilities infrastructure. Making/machining replacement tools and parts for manufacturing operations. Planning and prioritizing work orders and scheduling overall repair and maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and disruptions.

Pay Range: $106,400.00-$141,900.00
