My client who operates in t he power industry has an immediate need for a well qualified Maintenance Manager to provide leadership and oversee the daily activities of the maintenance department.

NEEDED!

• 6+ years of supervisory experience in a similar environment (power/chemical plants etc.)
• Ability to manage maintenance budgets and develop short term/long term maintenance plans
• Solid technical skills in electrical, instrumentation and mechanical maintenance
• Previous experience planning outages, preventative maintenance activities.
• Well versed on performing Root Cause Analysis and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Be a safety conscious effective leader who can successfully lead and mentor the teams within the maintenance department
