Job Role

We’re hiring a Paid UGC Client Manager (Remote/NYC Hybrid) to lead strategy, creator communication, and campaign execution across multiple UGC ad accounts. In this role, you'll act as the main point of contact for clients, collaborating with editors, creators, and internal teams to deliver compelling, data-driven UGC ad content.

This is a full-time position, fully remote for U.S.-based candidates. If you’re located in NYC, we encourage hybrid in-office collaboration a few times per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and strategy
  • Lead scripting, creative direction, and overall execution of UGC ads with creators
  • Work closely with our editors to deliver polished, high-converting ad content
  • Oversee multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Analyze ad performance and iterate quickly based on data insights
  • Stay up-to-date with UGC trends, platform changes, and content strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, and strategy teams to align goals and timelines
Must Have Experience
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of UGC content and what makes it perform
  • Experience managing creative production or client-facing projects
  • Familiarity with paid media performance metrics and creative iteration
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to lead projects independently
  • Passion for short-form content, creators, and performance-driven marketing
  • Based in the U.S. (NYC preferred)
