Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a 4-star hotel in New York. You will lead maintenance operations, ensure safe and efficient facility management, and coordinate internal and external teams to maintain hospitality standards.

The role focuses on preventing failures, optimizing energy use, and enforcing health and safety regulations within a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of regulations applicable to public buildings.
• Proven and consolidated maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, detect and repair malfunctions or damages in hotel facilities.
• Control and optimize energy consumption, promoting sustainable use of resources.
• Plan, execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with ORP regulations and building evacuation plans.
• Coordinate and supervise the technical maintenance team and subcontractors.
• Manage spare parts and consumables storeroom inventory.

We are looking for an Maintenance Manager for our 4-star Hotel in New York.

What will you be responsible for?

• Prevent, detect and repair any malfunction or damage in the hotel's facilities, ensuring their proper operation.
• Control and optimize energy consumption, promoting efficient use of resources and sustainability.
• Plan, execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring full compliance.
• Ensure compliance with current Occupationsl Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations, as well as building self-protection and evacuation plans.
• Coordinate and supervise the technical maintenance team, as well as external subcontracted companies operating in the hotel.
• Manage the spare parts and consumables storeroom, ensuring proper availability and inventory control.

What are we looking for?

• Higher vocational training in maintenance-related specialties (electricity, HVAC, electromechanics, installations or similar).
• Strong knowledge of regulations applicable to public buildings.
• Proven and consolidated experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels or similar environments.
