Maintenance Manager (Food & Beverage)

Greater Milwaukee Area | Union Manufacturing | On-site

We’re partnering with a well-established food & beverage manufacturer on a search for a Maintenance Manager to join their high-volume production facility in the Greater Milwaukee Area.

This site plays a key role in the company’s U.S. operations and is currently undergoing a facility-wide transformation aimed at elevating performance, efficiency, and culture. The Maintenance Manager will be a vital part of that evolution—leading people, driving reliability, and strengthening collaboration across teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day plant maintenance operations across multiple shifts
• Managing and coaching a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians
• Partnering with operations, engineering, and corporate stakeholders to align priorities
• Supporting continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency initiatives
• Helping shape a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and growth within the plant
• Playing a key leadership role as the facility adopts more advanced systems and processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of maintenance or engineering experience within food, beverage, or regulated manufacturing
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a large-scale plant
• Strong understanding of modern maintenance systems, preventative programs, and automation
• Confident leading within a unionized manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Maintenance, or similar)
• Strong leadership presence and a desire to grow into broader operations roles
• Relocation assistance is available
