Job summary

Freudenberg Group in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Leader to drive reliability and oversee plant equipment maintenance and upgrades.

You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate preventive maintenance, support capital projects, monitor performance, and champion improvements across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems to ensure safe, compliant and efficient production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years in maintenance engineering or production operations in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation and basic engineering of production equipment; familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and basic engineering aspects of production equipment. Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance processes.


• Preferred: experience with rotating equipment and PLCs.
