Job summary

Axion Recruitment Limited is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a 3-shift manufacturing site in Bridgeton, NJ. You will lead the maintenance team, drive preventive/predictive programs and oversee high-speed bottling, canning, blending and packaging equipment.

You will manage budgets, CMMS, and capital projects while ensuring OSHA, FDA, GMP, LOTO and plant safety standards are met. Prior experience with food/beverage equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing a maintenance department and technical teams.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, PLC/controls, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge.
• Experience with high-speed food or beverage production equipment.
• Knowledge of bottling, canning and automated packaging machinery preferred.
