Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Speedway, IN to lead a team of about 24 professionals on a Panama shift schedule, establishing and sustaining PM and reliability programs to improve equipment uptime.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong CMMS knowledge, and proven leadership across operations, engineering, and quality teams. This role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement within advanced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing maintenance, reliability, engineering, or operations.
• Experience implementing or improving preventive maintenance, reliability, or asset management programs.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance systems, and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approx. 24 maintenance professionals.
• Establish and sustain preventive, predictive, and asset reliability programs.
• Drive improvements in uptime, PM compliance, and maintenance performance.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Continuous Improvement teams.
• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, root-cause analysis, and reliability initiatives.
• Manage CMMS processes, spare parts strategy, and equipment history docs.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations.
• Foster safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and ownership.

What makes you great

• Youwill have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology,Maintenance Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalentexperience)
• 8+years of manufacturing maintenance, reliability, engineering, oroperations experience
• Youwill have experience implementing or significantly improving total preventative maintenance,preventive maintenance, reliability, or asset management programs
• Strongknowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, maintenance systems(CMMS), and Lean manufacturing principles
• Excellentleadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
• Total Preventative Maintenance,Lean, Six Sigma, Reliability, or Maintenance certification is preferred
• It ispreferred that you will have experience in aerospace, automotive,coatings, metals, heat treat, or other advanced manufacturing environments
• Backgroundimproving overall equipment effectiveness, mean time before failure, mean time to repair, preventative maintenance compliance, and equipment reliability
• Experiencewith automation, robotics, vacuum systems, furnaces, utilities, and othercomplex production assets
