Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager in the Dallas, TX area to lead the maintenance and engineering functions for a high-speed food manufacturing facility.

You will own equipment reliability, manage capital projects from scope to startup, and drive uptime and OEE improvements, partnering with Operations, Quality and Safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related) required.
• 7+ years of engineering or maintenance experience in food, dairy, beverage, or CPG manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading maintenance or engineering teams.
• Experience managing capital projects.
• Working knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, PLCs, and CMMS.
• Familiarity with GMP, SQF, and OSHA requirements.
