Job summary

Insightful Talent LLC is partnering with a marina client to fill a Maintenance Manager role responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility. You will manage, direct, supervise and perform maintenance services within the marina environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent service to members and guests.

The ideal candidate has a strong HVAC and plumbing background, 2-5 years marina experience, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2-5 years marina experience preferred.
• Strong HVAC and plumbing background is required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of dock construction and repair preferred.
• Knowledge of basic power tools.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
