• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls and any other marina specific duties requested.
• Use hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds and walks.

REPORTS TO: Maintenance Manager or General Manager

POSITIONPURPOSE:

The Maintenance Associate’s primary responsibility is the quality and upkeep of the marina. This person will perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. They will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. The Maintenance Associate projects a professional company image through all types of interactions.As this is a fast-paced environment, must be able to work under pressure.

DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspectandtroubleshootequipmentandsystems(e.g.ventilation)
• Providesthehighestlevelofcustomerandguestservices,expeditesanyandallmaintenancerequestsfrommanagement.
