Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the facilities at our West Palm Beach marina. You will plan, direct and perform maintenance services, manage staff, and ensure operations run safely and efficiently for members and guests.

Qualifications

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility. This role is required to manage, direct, supervise and perform maintenance services within the marina.

Technical and Physical Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2-5 years' marina experience preferred
• Ability to work safely around the water
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Knowledge of dock construction and repair preferred
• Knowledge of basic power tools preferred
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Any skills considered standard that a Facilities Manager should possess
