Job description

This is a highly visible role with muli-site responsibilities (local travel). The Maintenance Manager directs all maintenance, reliability, and repair operations. This role ensures the safe, continuous, and environmentally compliant operation. The successful candidate drives preventive maintenance, manages departmental budgets, and enforces the highest standards of safety and regulatory.Direct reports include engineers and Maintenance Supervisors.Develop and manage the annual maintenance and repair (R&M) budget, forecasting costs and ensuring resource efficiency.
