Job summary

Paramount Senior Living in Columbus, OH is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our campuses safe, clean, and well‑kept for residents. You’ll perform routine repairs, respond to work orders, and support a friendly, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must have experience maintaining or managing facilities equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Respond to resident and staff maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Lead a maintenance assistant when needed.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and fire safety logs.
• Order supplies and track basic inventory.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and repair the building and grounds
• Supervise and support a maintenance assistant

• Perform light electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, painting, and flooring work
• Oversee preventive maintenance and fire safety records
• Order supplies and track basic maintenance logs
