Job summary

Paramount Senior Living in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join a supportive team on a full-time, Monday to Friday schedule. You will perform general building maintenance, respond to requests, and help keep our residents' environment safe, comfortable and well maintained.

The ideal candidate has basic HVAC, electrical and plumbing knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and carry.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Inspect the building and grounds for maintenance needs
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Help keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and organized
• Support safety inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff
