Job summary

Village Green is seeking a Maintenance Service Manager in Bentonville, AR to oversee the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the apartment community. You will be responsible for the overall operation of maintenance, ensuring a best-in-class living environment for residents.

The role includes daily supervision of the maintenance team, overseeing work orders, and mentoring staff to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of Maintenance staff members including delegation of work orders, special projects and time management techniques.
• Inspection and oversight of existing and completed work orders.
• HVAC, Boiler, plumbing, electrical, appliance and all other service requests.
• Mentoring and training new and existing maintenance staff members.
