Infinitek is proud to be partnered with a leading manufacturer in the industry to recruit a Maintenance Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of plant operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong electrical background and a passion for modernizing and optimizing facilities.

In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated maintenance team, ensuring operational safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across all systems and equipment—especially focusing on electrical infrastructure and automation upgrades.

Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Manager:

• Champion a safe and clean work environment, always prioritizing health and safety.
• Lead the modernization of plant systems, with a focus on electrical upgrades and automation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including electrical safety standards.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures relevant to maintenance and plant operations.
• Build and lead a high-performing maintenance team through clear goal setting, coaching, and development.
• Oversee all aspects of general and preventive maintenance, with an emphasis on electrical systems and equipment reliability.
• Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and procurement processes.
• Optimize plant performance by reducing downtime and increasing equipment efficiency.
• Lead contractor management and capital improvement projects, including electrical infrastructure upgrades.
• Maintain a deep understanding of all plant processes and equipment, driving technical excellence.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, with a strong electrical/mechanical background.
• Demonstrated experience in electrical diagnostics, PLCs, control systems, and automation.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and motivate teams.
• Experience in modernizing plant systems or leading facility improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Organized, analytical, and driven by results, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• College or trade qualifications in engineering, electrical, or a related field are preferred but not essential.
