Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of maintenance or industrial experience.
• Knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V).
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and methods.
• Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with PLCs or computer-controlled equipment (preferred).
• Hazardous materials handling knowledge or certifications (HAZWOPER) or willingness to obtain.

• Diagnose issues with sensors, switches, wiring, and control systems (up to 480V).
• Conduct major equipment repairs, including overhauls and rebuilds.
• Maintain and service equipment such as molding machines, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, and stamping equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (LOTO, OSHA) and company safety standards.
• Independently identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.

Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment

• Minimum 1+ year of maintenance or industrial experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (single-phase & three-phase, up to 480V)
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems (including air compressors)
• Ability to troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and technical methods
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical job requirements
• Preferred / Additional SkillsExperience with PLCs or computer-controlled equipment
• Knowledge of HAZMAT procedures and safety systems
• Certifications such as HAZWOPER or Confined Space (or willingness to obtain)
