Arrow Senior Living in Hudson, OH is seeking a part-time Plant Operations Assistant to support the Maintenance team at Hudson Grande. You will assist the Plant Operations Director, service equipment, and help keep residents and staff safe throughout the community.

The role requires physical stamina, HVAC certification preferred, knowledge of construction, plumbing and painting, and the ability to lift over 50 pounds. OSHA familiarity and prior senior housing experience are valued assets.

Formación

• HVAC certification highly recommended.
• Two years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing and flooring.
• Experience in senior housing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Plant Operations Director in maintaining all community areas.
• Respond quickly to repair requests and document progress.
• Ensure safety of employees, guests and residents; monitor environmental hazards.
• Maintain equipment and tools; adhere to OSHA regulations.
