Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Plant Operations Assistant in Battlefield, MO. The role supports the Plant Operations Director in maintaining the community, equipment, and common areas while ensuring safety and responsive service to residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have HVAC awareness, 2+ years in multi-unit maintenance with supervisory exposure, and ability to lift heavy loads; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HVAC certification and experience recommended.
• Knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, and floor/carpet care; refurbishing a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in multi-unit settings with supervisory responsibilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills; able to lift and move items over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Operations Director in maintaining all areas of the community and equipment.
• Respond quickly to repair requests and document progress and completion.
• Ensure safety of employees, guests, and residents; monitor for hazards and emergencies.
