Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Work Control Clerk to coordinate dispatch and maintenance for USAF vehicles and GPMS assets at AGE Base. This role performs clerical duties, maintains records, and develops computer reports to support maintenance operations.

You will track services, prepare purchase requisitions, manage budgets, and ensure timely procurement of parts. Strong computer skills, English literacy, and a US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related clerical experience.
• Experience with Air Force work order AMS (ACES, IEMS, TRIREGA) preferred.
• Experience with Maximo preferred.
• Must read and write English and maintain records.
• Must be US citizen to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; track services and costs; record work details.
• Gather, input, retrieve and maintain maintenance information in systems.
• Provide general clerical support to the Maintenance Department.
• Perform filing, copying, posting notices, and ordering parts and supplies.
• Develop and issue computer reports as requested.
• Prepare materials and summary reports of transportation and maintenance costs.
• Coordinate and expedite purchase requisitions; maintain budgetary records.
• Maintain files and inventory records; ensure minimum stock levels.
