Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Work Control Clerk to coordinate dispatch and maintenance for USAF vehicles and GPMS materials at AGE BEAR Base. You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, track costs, and record performance using AMS and Maximo, plus maintain files and purchase requisitions. Requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years clerical experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related clerical experience.
• Experience with Air Force AMS is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust U.S. Government Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; track services and costs.
• Gather, input, retrieve and maintain maintenance information in computer and manual systems.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate approvals; maintain budgetary records.
• Maintain files and inventory records of orders placed and received; track delivery times.
• Prepare summary reports of transportation and maintenance costs.
