Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures a safe, clean work environment.
• Develops risk assessments and safe plans of action for critical tasks.
• Drives zero-incident safety initiatives and trains employees on safe practices.
• Develops maintenance strategies to improve reliability and reduce costs.
• Prepares capital budgets and manages maintenance projects and installations.
• Drives continuous improvement through root cause analysis and countermeasures.
• Oversees PM and work order programs using predictive and preventive technologies.
