Job summary

H.B. Fuller in Mesquite, Texas seeks an Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and capital projects at the site. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE and plant performance.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will manage a maintenance team, oversee CMMS/SAP planning, budgets, contractors, and implement Lean, TPM, 5S, DMAIC, and FMEA improvements while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in maintenance, reliability, or capital project leadership in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems and industrial equipment reliability.
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Mesquite, Texas.

Industrial Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager leads maintenance, reliability, and capital project activities at the Mesquite manufacturing site. This role advances safety, quality, continuous improvement, reliability, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Reporting to the Plant Manager, the position supports safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site maintenance team.
• Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation troubleshooting.
• Manage CMMS/SAP planning, scheduling, and work execution.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance, reliability, or capital project leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems and industrial equipment reliability.
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Mesquite, Texas.

Preferred Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.
• Process Safety Management (PSM) experience.
• Lean Manufacturing or TPM experience.
• Six Sigma or related continuous improvement experience.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is 100,000-130,000.
