• Proven ability to develop teams and drive change management.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage Site Production supervisors and operators, and collaborate with site leaders and maintenance/warehouse teams.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental procedures are followed and drive 5S and CI improvements.
• Develop and mentor plant leadership to build an engaged workforce.
• Set site vision and strategy aligned with HB Fuller’s priorities.
• Manage costs and drive continuous improvement to deliver on-time quality products.
