Job summary

Printpack is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant's maintenance function, drive equipment reliability, and advance safety, quality, and efficiency. You will own preventive, predictive, and capital projects while coordinating with engineers and senior leadership.

This role requires a track record in manufacturing maintenance leadership, TPM implementation, and strong technical knowledge. You will guide a team, manage budgets, and ensure uptime and compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Progressive maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading a maintenance department with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience implementing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance technologies and Lean principles (TPM).
• Technical degree in electrical/mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
• Champion safety leadership and coordinate plant emergency response.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean principles and TPM.
• Mentor and coach the maintenance team and staff the department with qualified talent.
• Manage work order systems and annual department budget for optimal efficiency.
• Oversee capital/expense projects with Process and Corporate Engineers.
• Perform daily plant walks to monitor safety, quality, productivity.
