Job summary
Mars Wrigley in Topeka, KS is seeking a Maintenance Leader to manage a skilled maintenance team on a day shift. You will drive TPM and continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and uptime in a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant.

Qualifications
- Associates degree in a technical-related discipline or 10+ years of experience in a technical field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
- Experience in a high-performance, self-managed manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a maintenance team and control maintenance costs.
- Ensure maintenance assignments are carried out safely and efficiently; directly supervise staff.
- Set up PM systems, inspection routines, inventory, scheduling and training.
- Manage asset-improvement projects and plant reliability initiatives.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce costs.
- Lead the PM function and monitor budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee overhaul, modernization and tooling modifications as needed.
- Monitor capital project forecasts and ensure budget adherence.
