Job summary

Leadec Holding is seeking a Group Leader/Supervisor Technical Maintenance at GM Spring Hill Manufacturing. The role aligns with North American Operations and reports to the Facility Manager, requiring on-site leadership in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, ensuring safety, managing service delivery under SOW, coordinating with site management and customers, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Mechatronics or Industrial Electronics degree or 3-5 years of experience.
• Supervision or management experience preferred.
• Experience working in a union environment is beneficial.
• Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent training and experience.
• Intermediate mechanical theory
• Intermediate electrical theory
• Knowledge of PLC programming and control systems.
• Proficient with CMMS Maximo is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches team members to safety and Leadec policies.
• Manages service delivery within the scope of work (SOW).
• Communicates status updates to site management and the customer.
• Prioritizes work and allocates resources to meet changing customer requirements.
• Develops standardized maintenance practices and supports continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with EHS and quality objectives (ISO 14001/45001/9001).
• Maintains relationships with team members and customers.
• Produces required documentation and follows up on tasks to meet expectations.
