Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Experience reading electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic blueprints.
• Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills.
• Experience managing people and addressing performance concerns.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Word, email).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of skilled hourly workers to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Analyze daily manufacturing plan and adjust operations as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Drive accountability through people and processes.
• Conduct checks and tests and evaluate results.
• Proactively present solutions to operational issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain productivity and quality in line with standards.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping policies.
• Collaborate with others outside the work group.
• Oversee labor, inventory, and machinery usage.
• Plan a course of action to complete jobs and projects.
