Qualifications

• 3+ years of Maintenance Leadership experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Leadership skills including communications, problem solving, training employees, mentoring and setting standards.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and manufacturing equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting & repair of production equipment.
• Experience with preventative & predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Experience installing and setting up manufacturing equipment.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with production, quality, maintenance and engineering teams.
