Job summary

ATI is seeking a Maintenance Leader to support electrical maintenance functions at our Specialty Rolled Products facility in Washington, PA. This role will oversee hourly employees and plan maintenance work around production schedules within a reliability-centered framework.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, coordinate spare parts and contractor repairs, and drive safety initiatives while maintaining budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising hourly union workforce preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to plan maintenance around production schedules and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, locate and manage critical spare parts and coordinate repairs with contractors.

Thisposition will play a key role in a reliability centered maintenance organization.Duties will include the direct supervision of hourly employees, planning maintenance work around production schedules.

Essential Functions

• Identifying, requesting and locating critical spare parts, coordinating repairs with contractors,
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment and accessing required work to assure accuracy in scope to facilitate efficient work planning in a world class maintenance organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering field
  • OR; 4 years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years leading an hourly union workforce is preferred
• Electrical maintenance supervision is preferred

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Possess technical knowledge of maintenance and operations functions.
• Ability to effectively lead, train, motivate and direct maintenance employees.
• Capable of identifying problems and offering solutions.
• Consistently operate within the budget constraints of organization unit
• Demonstrate the ability to manage priorities and work schedule to consistently meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software - Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc. and ability to use and maintain Maintenance Systems required.
