Job summary

ATI is seeking to hire a Maintenance Leader to support electrical maintenance functions for our Specialty Rolled Products facility in Washington, PA.

This position will play a key role in a reliability centered maintenance organization. Duties include the direct supervision of hourly employees and planning maintenance work around production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering field, or 4 years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Experience leading an hourly workforce and electrical maintenance supervision is preferred.

Essential Functions

• Identifying, requesting and locating critical spare parts, coordinating repairs with contractors,


• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment and accessing required work to assure accuracy in scope to facilitate efficient work planning in a world class maintenance organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering field
  
  
  
  • OR; 4 years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
  
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years leading an hourly union workforce is preferred


• Electrical maintenance supervision is preferred

• Possess technical knowledge of maintenance and operations functions.


• Ability to effectively lead, train, motivate and direct maintenance employees.


• Capable of identifying problems and offering solutions.


• Consistently operate within the budget constraints of organization unit


• Demonstrate the ability to manage priorities and work schedule to consistently meet deadlines.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software - Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc. and ability to use and maintain Maintenance Systems required.
