Job summary

You will supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, develop PM programs, manage work orders in CMMS, and coach a safety‑minded team while advancing continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of maintenance leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and contractors.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and maintenance planning.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with facility systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations with safety, reliability, and uptime focus.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations and planned outages.
• Manage work orders through CMMS and prioritize tasks.
• Train and develop maintenance team members.
