Job summary

Kent Nutrition, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDE family, has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our Sheldon, Iowa facility. You will lead maintenance operations to keep equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently, while driving reliability improvements and supporting production goals.

This role supervises and develops the maintenance team, develops preventive and predictive programs, troubleshoots complex mechanical and electrical issues, and partners with production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing reliability solutions in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience leading maintenance teams.
• Experience developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skills.
• CMMS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance team members.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with cost-effective repairs.
• Partner with production, engineering, and other departments to prioritize maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance budget, including labor, parts, contractors, and capital projects.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
