Our Cambria Hotel Airport Spokane is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and independent-working Maintenance Team Leader to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team, you will help us "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns". Position Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing the team
2. Assist in managing the budgeted needs of the maintenance department
3. Assist in developing sustainability programs
4. Support the execution of the annual CapEX plans
5. Manage the preventative maintenance program
6. Ensure all SOPs are followed and Safety Standards are upheld

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hotel maintenance experience
• Trade Certifications highly preferred
• Excellent guest service, computer, and communication skills (verbal, written, electronic)
