Job summary

Centro, Inc. in Davenport, IA is seeking an experienced maintenance professional with leadership responsibilities to keep our production lines running safely and efficiently.

You will lead preventive and reactive maintenance, supervise staff, manage planning and parts, drive safety and continuous improvement, and collaborate with production teams to optimize plant performance. This role requires a proactive mindset and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, welding, and preventive maintenance systems.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and reading electrical schematics.
• PLC experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and reactive maintenance activities for production equipment and facilities.
• Minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Supervise and develop maintenance team members.
• Support equipment installations and facility improvement projects.
• Manage maintenance planning, parts inventory, and contractor relationships.

• Partner with production teams to support operational success.

Schedule: Full-Time | Primarily Monday-Friday with occasional after-hours and weekend support
