Qualifications

• EPA Universal license required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required.
• Experience supervising maintenance and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance of the community.

• Walk property daily for curb appeal and safety.
• Coordinate apartment turns and renovations.
