Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks with excellence.
• Coordinate and facilitate maintenance and reliability training.
• Manage work orders in CMMS and document reliability reporting.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous asset improvement.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, food safety, and safety policies.
