Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician at North Conway Grand Hotel in Conway, NH. You’ll perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry systems, ensuring guest comfort and safety.

Leadership opportunities exist as you may supervise other staff and grow toward Chief Engineer. We offer competitive pay of $24.00 per hour and a benefits package including health coverage, 401K with match, generous PTO, and an employee assistance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of general building maintenance or trade certification preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, detail orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills; ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
• May direct the work of other maintenance staff and train them.
• Contribute to high quality guest satisfaction through safe operations.
• Opportunity to grow into Chief Engineer role.
