Job summary

SVZ-USA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to service and maintain production machinery, utilities, plant and grounds. You will diagnose, repair, install, adjust and calibrate equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations across our facility.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, disassembling and reassembling machinery, welding and fabricating parts, reading blueprints, and operating forklifts while upholding HAACP and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Repair and maintain machinery, including welding as required.
• Monitor gauges/dials to ensure proper operation.
• Diagnose operating errors and determine corrective actions.
• Perform routine maintenance and identify maintenance needs.
• Conduct tests and inspections to assess quality.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and wear PPE.
• Coordinate with team to complete work efficiently.
• Maintain equipment including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for repairs.
• Calibrate or adjust equipment to specification.
• Operate forklift safely.
• Uphold food safety rules and HAACP procedures.
