Job summary

SVZ-USA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to service and maintain production machinery and utilities. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and calibrating equipment, with attention to safety and HAACP standards.

The position requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and the ability to work with blueprints and manuals. The successful candidate will also perform adjustments, welding, lubrication, and equipment testing, ensuring continuous, safe operations and timely

Qualifications

• Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools.
• Performing routine maintenance and welding skills on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
• Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
• Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as trained.
• Cooperate, coordinate, and communicate with all team members to efficiently complete work.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation work on equipment, machinery, and facilities including pneumatic and some hydraulic equipment.
• Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions.
